BEGINNING STRENGTH

This class is designed for beginners and those needing a refresher. You will learn everything you need to know to lift safely and effectively. Coaches will teach the main barbell compound lifts: Squat, Bench Press, Deadlift, and Push Press as well as accessory lifts to ensure full-body strength. 

POWERLIFTING CLUB

This class focuses on the three main lifts: Squat, Bench, and Deadlift. Members will start the workout with one of the lifts being the main focus of the day followed by accessory work. Competitors will receive more personalized programming in order to prepare for competition.

OLYMPIC WEIGHTLIFTING CLUB

This class is perfect for both beginners and competitive athletes. You will learn how to snatch and clean & jerk by working through progressions and drills; and with this method you'll be able to learn how to lift safely and get stronger. 

LUNCHTIME LIFT

A class focusing on building overall strength through both Powerlifting and Olympic Weightlifting movements. This is also known as "Supertotal"
